Feminist Frank is cracking me up! And just when I thought I couldn’t handle another reminder from Ryan Gosling to “keep squatting”. Perfect timing, Frank.

I wish I could spend the day with this woman. She speaks truth and love for all to hear. (Thank you for introducing me to her movement, Ashlee. xo)

Have you heard of the “No Wash” movement? Everyone from Levi’s CEO to Anderson Cooper to Tommy Hilfiger to Moi wears and wears and wears their jeans without washing them. To keep jeans from getting stinky, Levi’s recommends putting them in a ziplock bag and storing them in the freezer for 24 hours to kill bacteria. If they’re really filthily, you can wear them in the shower to rinse the grime (but don’t use soap).

Monday, I started my second Nike Training Club Training Program. It’s a four week program focused on getting lean. Three days in and enjoying myself and the discipline of a set workout schedule. I’ll let you know how the next three weeks go. You can read about the Get Toned Program I did a few months back here.

The Bikini Ready Chart is out! Check it out to see if you’re bikini ready. P.S. You’re all bikini-ready!

I read (half) this book recently… and it was so good. I really ought to finish it. In the meantime, I must share what Seth Godin has to say about flying too close to the sun:

“It’s far more dangerous to fly too low than too high, because it feels safe to fly low. We settle for low expectations and small dreams and guarantee ourselves less than we are capable of. By flying too low, we shortchange not only ourselves but also those who depend on us or might benefit from our work. We’re so obsessed about the risk of shining brightly that we’ve traded in everything that matters to avoid it.”

Have you seen FedUp? It’s out in theaters and I am going to see it… easier said than done. I have not seen a movie in the theater for 2 years. No joke.

I got a Vitamix! I literally use it 4+ times per day. Dicing and blending has never been so easy (or so loud #sorrynotsorry). I am in appliance heaven… now, about that dishwasher.
