I’m excited for the challenge and eager to hear the specific details! I have done two TIU challenges so far and have enjoyed the camaraderie, motivation, and short term goals that both offered. My favorite was the “100 By Summer” goal in the Bikini Challenge – the goal was to walk/run/swim/bike/etc. 100 miles during the 6 weeks leading up to Summer. The challenge gave me a fresh awareness of my daily movement and reminded me that every single mile counts towards something. Plus, it was fun knowing that I was doing it along with a ton of other fit gals.
