I have been talking up a storm about how I love to workout with friends. It’s the truth. But, I also have a bit of Lone Ranger in my blood. On Sunday I headed back to the stadium for my morning workout. Unlike the previous morning, there were no #funfitfriends, no weights, no circuits. Just me and my playlist.
It was a total party. The mood was right. The music was amazing. The energy was intense. The company (me, myself, and I) was awesome.
It was a fast 45 minutes of laps, stairs, bleachers, more laps, more stairs, more bleachers… I was on a roll and loved every minute of it. I even managed to slap a few high fives with the firemen I passed on the track.
