So, my obsession with creating spin routines and playlists continues. Last week my friends and I tried this one on for size. Just like the first session we did, it was an awesome and fun workout.
The routine is approximately 55 minutes and you can add some time in the saddle on the front and back ends to make it a full 60 minute workout. The first four songs provide an immediate challenge – songs 2 and 3 are back to back sprint drills and song 4 is a seven minute climb (with JT, so you’re in good hands). If done right, you will be breathless and working right out of the gate.
