I am still in recovery mode from the Summer Plague, so I’ve been doing nothing in the sweat department lately. The only perk I have found is less laundry. Cool, but still not worth the trade off.
What’s the next best thing to working out? Planning your next workout! Here it is – 60 minutes of hills, speed intervals and standing runs. As always, you can adapt the workout for any sort of cardio machine. If indoor cycling isn’t your thing, try this routine and playlist on the elliptical! I am really excited to kick into gear and spin this routine and playlist.
Until then, I will keep enjoying each walk with the girls. This morning Isaac joined us too. Saying good morning to the ocean as a family is a great way to start the day!
