Girl, where you been?
I know, I know. But, I haven’t figured out how to write a semi intelligible post in the midst of unpacking boxes and living with little people who aren’t interested in sitting down/shutting up/chilling out for five consecutive minutes (bless their little Bodenette hearts). Oh, and two weeks ago Isaac and I made the last minute decision to take the 16 hour road trip to California to see our newest niece. We’re back now, but suffice it to say, I haven’t done much in the way of writing.
Anyways, I’m jumping into a 90 day Nike Training Club challenge that starts today. I thought you might be interested in joining along! Check out this link for N+TC details: 90-Day Better For It Challenge.
Here are the basics:
- The 90-day Better For It Challenge was designed by Nike Master Trainers to help you increase endurance, build strength and get fitter, faster. Led by professional athletes, you’ll try new workouts every day including running, circuits, studio, and weekly throwdowns.
- By signing up for the challenge, you’ll receive bi-weekly emails that will serve as your complete guide to the 90-day Better For It Challenge. Emails will include your program schedule with direct links to N+TC workouts and nutrition insights that will keep you motivated all month long.
- For each day, there is an assigned workout. On any given day, you may be doing a workout using the N+TC app or going for a run. Of course, there are built in rest days too.
- It is a very doable program. Each day’s assigned workout should take between 30 – 60 minutes. So, it would be reasonable to still maintain your normal workout routine. Or even substitute similar workouts and/or group exercise classes where it makes sense for you.
